I'm a health conscious type of person. I eat what I want but I set my limit that I won't eat too much. I also make sure that I exercise twice a week. Being health conscious is good. Aside from you'll make yourself healthy, you also feel great of not becoming obese and make your self esteem better.
Life would be much more easier and much more brighter. My husband loves to look in the internet for something new about healthy lifestyle. Last night, he was reading about Vinegar. Yes, vinegar. Drinking water with 1-2Tbsp vinegar will help us lose extra fats in our body. His going for it. He will drink mixture of water and vinegar for 4weeks and hopefully he will lose extra fats.
